New site for PXL Designs

It was time for an updated, more SEO friendly site. This way, it'll load quicker and Google can speak-a my language now too 
Maybe building it in simple HTML and PHP will allow me to update it more often, I hardly have time anymore. Left the top nav in Flex so if I ever do get time maybe I can do some crazy stuff with it. Now the real fun begins, time to let Google know.
